PROCESSES
SLA
The stereolithography process, or SLA, is a laser-based additive process which builds parts in an epoxy-based photopolymer. The parts manufactured from SLA machining are built layer-by-layer resulting in highly accurate parts with quality surface finish and adequate mechanical properties. Uses for SLA machining tend to be form/fit models, mechanical models, master patterns for cast urethane, and SLA parts can be finished with paint and texture to form highly-cosmetic show models. The stereolithography process is also rapid with the ability to produce just about any design. If you are searching for unmatchable speed while producing quality work, this process is the way to go.
